Step 3 applies to Models WPES- 10, WPES-20 and WPES-30 only.
Refer to figure 2-24 and unpack accessories from ROWPU as follows:
Some accessories are heavy/difficult to handle. To prevent injury to personnel and
damage to the equipment, four personnel are required to lift and remove the backwash
pump, raw water pumps, water tanks and distribution pump from the ROWPU.
Remove hold down straps as required to aid removal (fig. 2-23).
Third Layer (top)
Remove two deionization cartridges (2 1).
Remove three 2-inch hard rubber hoses (23).
Remove one 1-1/2 inch hard rubber hose (22).
Second Layer (middle)
Remove two storage chests (18 and 19).
Remove four canvas pump covers (20).
Remove three water tanks ( 15, 16, and 17).
First Layer (bottom)

Remove lug wrench (9), R.O. element tool (6). paddle (7) and sledge hammer (8).
Remove float (4).
Remove five utility pails (11).
Remove all canvas hoses (5).
Remove backwash pump (3).
Remove two raw water pumps (I and 2).
Remove and stow three cargo straps (23).
Remove eight 1-1/2 inch suction hoses (10) through front of ROWPU frame.
