CAUTION
When installing cover, make sure diaphragm is lying smooth under cover. If diaphragm is not
smooth, valve will not work properly.
(9) Align holes in cover (3) with studs in valve body (4). Carefully install cover (3) over studs.

Install nuts (1) on studs. Do not tighten.

INSTALL (Figure 5-2).
(1) Install nuts (10) onto studs (4).
(2) Install flat washers (9) onto studs and install studs (4) into skid (6).
(3) Secure studs (4) to skid (6) with flat washers (8) and nuts (7).
WARNING
Because of the weight and bulk of the main valve assembly, a minimum of two people are required
to remove/install this equipment. Failure to comply with this warning could result in death or
serious injury to personnel and damage to equipment.
(4) Install main valve assembly onto the skid (6).
(5) Install brackets (3), flat washers (2), and nuts (1).
