Installation
NOTE
Two persons required for next step.
1
Have one person support turbocharger assembly. Install gasket and turbocharger assembly. Install four bolts
and nuts.

Coat seals with detergent. Install two seals and pipe on turbocharger. Install flatwasher and bolt.

Coat seals with detergent. Install two seals and elbow on pipe. Install flatwasher and bolt. Install gasket and
elbow on engine. Install four lockwashers and mounting bolts.

Install two rings and coupling on turbocharger. Install support bracket on coupling and engine. Install three
flatwashers, bolts, lockwashers, and nuts.

Install V-clamp and elbow. Tighten V-clamp.

Install gasket. Install two flatwashers and oil drain line bolts.
7
Install oil drain line, seal, gasket, and elbow. Install two bolts.
8
Install gasket and oil supply line. Install two bolts.
9
Install bottom end of oil supply line. Tighten line nut.
10
Install oil line clamp. Install flatwasher, bolt, lockwasher, and nut.
11
Install heat shield. Install U-clamp, two flatwashers, bolts, lockwashers, and nuts.
12
Install silencer adapter. Install four bolts, lockwashers, and nuts.
