Equipment Condition:
ROWPU shutdown.
a. Loosen two thumbscrews (1) connecting valve assembly (3) to piping.
b. Open two clamps (2) and remove valve assembly (3).
c. Remove two gaskets (4).
a. Connect the product relief valve to a dead weight tester with a source of hydraulic pressure.
b. Increase the pressure until the valve “relieves” and note that pressure. It should be between 44 and 46 psi.
c. If it is not within the above limits, adjust the valve,
