Examine pattern of chart TDS should get -larger from top to bottom.

If any R.O vessel does not follow this pattern, there is something wrong inside; disassemble
the faulty vessel and replace defective items (see para 3-4).

If R.O vessels all follow this pattern, proceed to Step 2.
Step 2.
Check product water flow from each R.O vessel:
a.
Use same method as in Step 1 to collect water sample, but this time measure the time in
minutes it takes to fill a3gallon bucket with product water from each vessel. Divide 3 by the
number of minutes.

Make a chart like the following:
