Section II.Components of End Item.This listing is for informationalpurposes only, and is not authority to requisition replacements.These itemsare part of the end item, but are removed separately packaged for transporta-tion or shipment.As part of the end item, these items must be with the enditem whenever it is issued or transferred between property accounts.Illustra-tions are furnished to assist you in identifying the items.b.Section III.Basic Issue Items.These are the minimum essentialitems required to place the decontaminating apparatus in operation, to operateit, and to perform- emergency repairs.Although shipped separately packaged,BII must be with the decontaminating apparatus during operation and wheneverit is transferred between property accounts.The illustrations will assist youwith hard-to-identify items.This manual is your authority to request/requisi-tion replacement BII, based on TOE/MTOE authorization of the end item.C-3.EXPLANATION OF COLUMNS.The following provides an explanation of columns found in the tabular listing:a. Column(1) -IllustrationNumber(IllusNumber).This column indi-cates the number of the illustration in which the item is shown.b.Column(2)- NationalStockNumber.Indicates the national stocknumber assigned to the item and will be used for requisitioning purposes.c. Column(3)-Description.Indicates the Federal item and name and,if required, a minimum description to identify and locate the item.The lastline for each item indicates the FSCM (in parentheses) followed by the partnumber.C-1
