Operating Maintenance
To ensure continued satisfactory performance of the Drinking Water Discharge Winch System components the
following maintenance tasks should be performed by the operating personnel.

Check the hydraulic fluid level before
operating. Level should be 80% or
more.
2)
Check for hydraulic leaks.
3)
Maintain cleanliness of the hydraulic
fluid and components.
Monthly
1)
Check fluid levels in the following
components. Refill as required. See
appendix for level requirements and
recommended and equivalent fluids.
