Check alternator and fan belt tension and

Slowly open petcock on bottom of reservoir
and let all water drain from tank. All moisture
should be removed before air pressure is
lost. If water continues to drip after pressure
is lost, start the diesel engine and pressurize
reservoir. Continue to drain water.
