Thread cable (4) through spool (12) and install U-bolt (7) and two nuts (6) to hold end of cable.
f.
Position U-bolt plate (3) and cable (4) on tire carrier support (5) and install U-bolt (2) and two nuts (1).
g.
Position pawl (15) and install screw (18), flat washer (19), and jamnut (17).
h.
Attach extension spring (14) to pawl (15) and eyepad (16).
