WARNING

unless there is another person nearby who is familiar with the operation and hazards of the
equipment
Step 6. Disconnect pump cable assembly at pump motor and check it for continuity.
a.
If cable is open, repair cable assembly. Refer to Paragraph 3-7.
b.
If cable is not open repair centrifugal pump. Refer to Paragraph 3-8.
Step 7. Check for continuity through control circuit. Make additional point-to-point continuity checks as required
to isolate fault to a specific component:
NOTE
To check continuity through K2 contacts, it is necessary to close contacts by holding
handle on side of relay to the UP position.
