(7) Install two screws (2) through flange (3), water side diaphragm (4), and cylinder (1), and tighten enough to hold
assembly together.
(8) Install and tighten all remaining six screws.
(9) Lubricate and install stud (7, Figure 4-12) on chemical side diaphragm (6).

Install chemical side diaphragm (6). Make sure holes line up.

Install pumphead (3), making sure one of fittings for discharge and suction valves will line up with drain when
installed. Secure with eight screws (1) and washers (2).

Installation.
Install gasket (3, Figure 4-11) and pump assembly (2) on upper main case assembly (4) and secure with two
screws (1).
