REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM
2) Push the grooved coupling gasket back into place. Install the grooved coupling
and partially tighten.
3) Tighten the sanitary clamp and then the grooved coupling.
h. If the pipe clamp downstream of the coupling was loosened earlier, tighten it now.
i. Open HP Pump Inlet Valve V-212 and return to normal operation.

Equipment Condition:
TWPS in Standby Shutdown With Drain-Down
Army TWPS: Generator off and TWPS main breaker off
Marine Corps TWPS: TWPS disconnected from power source
Replace RO Feed Pressure Transmitter PT-201 as follows:
WARNING
Electrical hazard. Army personnel: make sure that the generator is off and the
TWPS main breaker is off before working on a transmitter. Marine Corps
personnel: make sure that the TWPS is disconnected from its power source before
working on a transmitter. Failure to observe this warning could result in serious
injury or death from electrical shock.
