TACTICAL WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEM (TWPS)
UNIT MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES
REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM
NOTE
Make sure to thread the outlet pipe into the outlet port of the pressure control
valve. An arrow on the side of the Main Pressure Control Valve HCV-401 points to
the outlet port of the valve. With the valve open, the valve handle of Auxiliary
Pressure Control Valve HCV-401A points to the outlet port of the valve.
b. Wrap antiseizing tape on the outlet pipe threads and screw the outlet pipe into the outlet
port of the new pressure control valve.
c. Wrap antiseizing tape on the inlet pipe threads and thread the new pressure control valve
onto the inlet pipe.
d. Install the hose clamp and outlet hose over the end of the outlet pipe and tighten the
clamp.
