7. Remove RO Feed Tank Drain Valve V-412 and pipe assembly from the RO feed tank to the
waste out pipe spool as follows (see Figure 7):
a. Remove the 4 hose clamps from the hose in the RO feed tank drain pipe.
b. Unthread and remove the pipe section containing RO Feed Tank Main Drain Valve V-412
from the pipe elbow at the waste out pipe.
c. Remove the hose from the RO feed tank drain pipe. Inspect the hose for damage or
deterioration and replace if needed.
d. Remove the pipe nipple, pipe elbow, and straight pipe from the RO feed tank drain as an
assembly.
