GENERAL INFORMATION

The Photometer is warranted for a period of one year to be free of defects in material and workmanship, in normal use and
service. The obligation under this warranty is limited to factory replacing the instrument or any part thereof. Parts which by
their nature are normally required to be replaced periodically, consistent with normal maintenance, specifically lamps
including fluorescent blacklight, reagent, desiccant, sensors, electrodes and fuses are excluded.. The warranty starts on the
date found in block 23 of DA Form 2408-9, Equipment Control Record.
Report all defects to your supervisor, who will take appropriate action.
