CARRYING CASE.

a.
Inspection. See figure 3-5.
(1)
Check case (1) for any visible damage. If damaged, notify supervisor.
(2)
Open case (1) and remove all components. Note location for repacking.
(3)
Check foam liners (2) and insert divider (3) for any visible damage. If damaged, notify supervisor.
(4)
If case (1) and liner (2) are not damaged, repack all components as noted during removal. Close and
secure case.
b.
Service
(1)
Clean outside of case (1) using rags with detergent and water. Remove detergent residue using rags
with clear water. Dry thoroughly.
(2)
Lubricate latches (4) with oil.
