Purpose of Equipment.
The equipment is used to decontaminate
equipment, personnel and other material exposed to nuclear, biological, or
chemical contaminants.
It is used with water and also water mixed with decon-
taminating agents.
When using decontaminating agents, the injector must be
used.

MAINTENANCE FORMS AND RECORDS.
Department of the Army forms and procedures used for equipment maintenance
will be those prescribed by DA PAM 738-750, Maintenance Management Update.

REPORTING EQUIPMENT IMPROVEMENT RECOMMENDATIONS (EIRs).
If your decontaminating apparatus needs improvement, let us know. Send us
an EIR.
You, the user, are the only one who can tell us what you dont like
about your equipment.
Let us know why you dont like the design or perfor-
mance.
Put it on an SF 368 (Quality Deficiency Report).
