WATER TANK.

Repair water tank in accordance with instructions on water tank
repair kit located in storage accessory box.
NOTE
The use of clamp patches in the accessory kit are for emergency use until
organizational maintenance can make permanent repairs. The following pro-
cedures define repair with the clamp patches.

Repairs can be made to tank when filled with water.
Open repair kit and select proper size clamp patch.
Select smallest clamp patch that will fit through hole. If hole is
smaller than smallest patch, enlarge the hole horizontally as
shown with knife so sealing end of clamp patch fits through the
hole.
Rotate the clamp patch 1/4 turn until it covers hole.
Slide bearing plate (1) and wing nut (2) onto threaded portion
and tighten wing nut until tank material is securely clamped
and leak has stopped.
