INTRODUCTORY INFORMATION.

The Symptom Index lists the common malfunctions which you may
find during the operation or maintenance of the Decontaminating Apparatus or
its components.
Look at the Malfunction List until you find the one that you
are having.
Then go to the page listed and perform the troubleshooting test
or inspections listed therein.
The corrective action step will direct you to the
proper paragraph for performing the corrective action.
b.
This manual cannot list all malfunctions that may occur, nor list all
the tests or inspections and corrective actions.
If a malfunction is not listed
or it is not corrected by the listed corrective actions, notify your supervisor.
