2-4. PREPARATION FOR USE. Refer to figure 2-2 and perform the following steps to prepare the hypo-
chlorination unit for use.

Hypochlorination unit weighs 241 pounds (109.3 kg). At
least four people are needed to lift it to prevent personal
injury or damage to the equipment.
a. Tip hypochlorination unit and close flow controller drain cock (1).
b. Close inlet shutoff cock (2), outlet shutoff cock (3), and hypochlorite solution shutoff cock (4).
