NOTE
The timer screws (1), dial pins (2), and pointer (3), on dial (4) are used in
commercial applications to begin the backwash cycle at a preset time and day,
but are not applicable to the ROWPU.

(b) Check that the reconditioning knob is in the idIe position (fig. 2-71).
NOTE
If backwashing is required within 4 hours of the previous backwash, it is
necessary to manually rotate the reconditioning (recharge) knob in the idle
position. it the knob is not in the idle position when the backwash switch is
activated, backwash cycle will not be in proper sequence.
(c) Rotate the reconditioning knob clockwise to the Idle position as required.
