Install two nipples on pretreatment assembly on inlet and outlet side of ball valve V-4.

Install ball valve V-4 (subpara c).

Install five reducer bushings on T-pipe.

Install T-pipe on nipple.

Install temperature gage well adapter and pipe on T-pipe.

Install flowmeter T-pipe on nipple.

Install flowmeter adapter and pipe on T-pipe.

Install two nipples and T-pipe.

Install elbow, nipple, and dust cap.

Install lanyard, two nuts, and screw on dust cap.

Install tubing on pipe as required.

Install safety relief valve (subpara b).
