2-71. CONTROL PANEL ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT/REPAIR (CONT)
2 Tag and remove two wires from power cord. Remove power cord.

Tag and remove electric cord.
4 Tag and remove two wires from each chemical metering pump cable. Remove cables.

Tag and remove two wires from each pressure differential switch.

Remove straight connector from elbow on top of panel.

Remove connectors, conduit, and wires from panel.
NOTE
Two persons are required for next two steps.

Have one person support the control panel assembly. Remove four nuts, lockwashers, and bolts. Remove
control panel assembly.

Aline holes on control panel assembly and frame. Install four bolts, lockwashers, and nuts. Remove control
panel assembly.
10
Install wires, conduit, and connectors.

Install straight connector in elbow on top of panel.
12
Install two wires to each pressure differential switch. Remove tags.
13
Install two wires to each chemical metering pump cable. Remove tags.
14
Install electric cord. Remove tags.
15
Install two wires to power cord. Remove tags.
16
Install 10 wires to terminal block. Remove tags.
