Remove one radial packing ring and two locking plates from front wall cover.

Remove two bearing bushings from front wall cover.

Remove two clamping sleeves from front wall cover.

Assembly and Installation

Install two clamping sleeves and bearing bushings.

Install two locking plates and radial packing ring.
3
Install three plugs.
4
Clean gasket mounting surfaces.
5
Install gasket and front wall cover.
6
Install 13 lockwashers and bolts.
7
Install water pump assembly (para 2-22).
8
Install fuel tank (para 2-26).
