CYLINDER HEAD/CYLINDER REPLACEMENT/REPAIR (CONT)
NOTE
A solder wire is inserted between the cylinder head and piston to measure cylinder clearance.
Solder wire placed under valve will not give clearance. Make sure solder wire goes past concave
position of piston.

Insert solder wire into injection hole of cylinder head.

Slowly crank engine by hand until the piston passes tdc.

Remove solder wire.
