Tag and desolder wire group from pcb.

Remove two screws. Remove electric control.
10 Tag and desolder two wires from potentiometer.
11 Remove potentiometer from front cover.
12 Remove nut, straight connector, and power cable from front cover.
13 Remove small cap from front end of frequency control knob.
14 Remove screw. Remove frequency control knob and flange.
15 Remove pcb from front cover.
16 Remove fuse holder. Remove fuse.
17 Remove stroke adjustment knob from front cover.
18 Inspect parts for damage. Replace as required.

Pump Assembly

Install stroke adjustment knob in front cover.

Install fuse and fuse holder.

Install pcb on front cover.

Install flange and frequency control knob. Install screw.

Install small cap on front end of frequency control knob.

Install cable, straight connector, and nut on front cover.

Install potentiometer in front cover.
8
Solder two wires to potentiometer. Remove tags.
9
Install electric control. Install two screws.
10 Solder wire group to pcb. Remove tags.
11 Connect four wires to pcb. Remove tags.
12 Install pump housing and cover seal.
13 Install blue key on electric control.
14 Install green wire inside pump housing. Install flatwasher and screw.
