NO ELECTRICAL POWER TO SUBSYSTEMS WITH IGNITION SWITCH IN ANY POSITION.
Step 1.
Check batteries. (See TM 9-6140-200-14).
Replace defective batteries (para 2-16).
Step 2.
Check battery cables for tightness and corrosion.
Clean and tighten connections.
Replace defective cables (para 2-15).
Step 3.
Check start switch.
Replace defective switch (para 2-87).
Step 4.
Check external power cable and socket.
Replace defective power cable or socket (para 2-77).
