Check start switch.

ENGINE CRANKS BUT FAILS TO START.

Check air cleaner for blockage.

Step 2.
Check for fuel line leaks.
Tighten loose connections.
Replace damaged fuel lines (para 2-21).
Step 3.
Check fuel filter for restriction.
Replace fuel filter (para 2-93).
