INITIAL SETUP.

Desiccant (Appx E, Sec II, Item 31)
ROWPU operating BUT air supply to turbidity
Solvent (Appx E, Sec II, Item 32)
meter air dryer shut-off.
INSPECTION.
Check condition of desiccant through sight glass window (1, Figure 3-11). If desiccant material color is pink, the
desiccant must be changed.
SERVICE.
a.
Shut off air supply by closing the turbidity meter block valve (2). With turbidity meter air control (3) open, wait
approximately 4 minutes until pressure gage (4) and air flow indicator (5) read zero.
b.
Unscrew clamp ring (6). Remove seal (7) and bowl (8) from air dryer head (13).
