WARNING
Do not wear watches, rings or dog tags when working on electrical components.
WARNING
Make sure electrical power is disconnected before working on unit. Failure to do so could
result in serious injury or death from electrical shock.
WARNING
High pressure switches PSH-5 and PSH-7 are not to be adjusted. Injury or death may occur
if improperly adjusted.

Inspect points where air bubbles were detected (when water soap mixture was applied at all line fittings and
tubes).
b
inspect individual pressure switches for scorched or burned paint.
c. Remove cover screws and open pressure switch cover.
d. Inspect inside box for signs of moisture, rust and corrosion.
e
Inspect for frayed or burned insulation or missing mounting terminal screws.
(MODEL WTA-060 ONLY)
a. Find known value of swatches in Tables 2-3 and 2-4.
b. Remove cover (1, Figure 2-41) by loosening cover screw (2). Use multimeter to test for continuity.
c. With cover removed, apply pressure to see if closed contacts open or open contacts close. If they do not open or
close and and if no visible sign of moisture or damage are present, then adjustment will be required.
