(3) Replace media gravel as shown on Figure 2-53.
NOTE
When installing gravel, level each layer before installing next layer.
a. Attach a suitable sling to brackets (9). Lift and lower tank (17) through the ROWPU top access panel opening.
NOTE
Ensure that all piping connections align to media filter before tightening capscrews.
b. Position filter(17) over mounting holes on base of ROWPU and install flat washers (1 6), Iockwashers(15) and
capscrews (1 4).
c. Install support beam (13) and secure with flat washers (1 2), Iockwasher (1 1), and capscrews (10),
d. Attach turnbuckles (7) to “D” rings (8) and bracket (9), and tighten turnbuckles hand tight.
CAUTION
Turnbuckles must be tightened equally. Damage to the tank or container may
otherwise result.
e. Tighten the turnbuckles an additional half turn in quarter turn increments.
f. Position panel (6) and secure with 72 flat washers (5), Iockwashers (4) and capscrews (3).
g. Install panel (2) and secure with 32 fasteners(1),
