Replace any damaged or missing components.
Replace loose or damaged ring tongue connectors (para. 4-10, TM 10-4610-232-12)
Replace missing or damaged wire markers (para. 4-10, TM 10-4610-232-12).
Repair cables in accordance with para. 2-7.
REASSEMBLY.
a. Install terminal board (33) and secure with screws (32).
b. Install EMP modules (29 and 30) and secure with screws (31).
c. Install all wires (27) at terminal board (33) and EMP modules (29) as tagged.
d. Install cables (1, 2, 3 and 4) as follows:
(1) Slide nuts (1 5), retainers (16) and bushing (17) on each cable.
(2) Place sealing washer (20) on each connector body (19)and secure in power SUPPIY(10) with conduit nuts (18).
(3) Insert the cable through body (19) into the power supply. Tighten nut (15) to secure the cable to the power
supply.
(4) Connect the wires from each cable to terminal board (33) as tagged.
e. Slide nut (21), retainer (22) and bushing (23) onto cable (5). Install sealing washer (26) onto elbow (25) and into
power supply (10). Secure with conduit nut (24).
f. Insert cable (5) through elbow (25). Tighten nut (21).
g. Connect cable wires to terminal board (33) as tagged.
h. Install cover (14) and secure with captive screws (13).
INSTALLATION.
a. Install mounting bar (12) and secure with socket head screws (11) if removed.
WARNING
The power supply is heavy. Two people are required to lift it.
b. Using two people, lift power supply (10) and secure it to mounting bar (12) with four capscrews (7), lockwashers(8)
and washers (9).
WARNING
Make sure electrical power is disconnected to the unit. Failure to do so could result in
serious injury or death.
c. Connect cable (5) to power supply (10) as follows:
(1) Slide nut (21), retainer (22) and bushing (23) onto cable (5). Install sealing washer (26) onto elbow (25)andinto
power supply (1 O). Secure with conduit nut (24).
(2) Insert cable (5) through elbow (25). Tighten nut (21).
(3) Connect cable wires to terminal board (33) as tagged.
(4) install cover (14) and secure with captive screws (13).
d. Reconnect cable (5) to the CO monitor (para. 4-63, TM 10-4610-232-12).
e. Reinstall all tie wraps (6) which were removed (para. 4-10, TM 10-4610-232-12).
f. Reconnect cables (1 thru 4).
