NOTE
Tag all electrical leads to ensure correct installation.
DISASSEMBLY.
a. Remove blower assembly (8) as follows:
(1) Remove clamp (1, Figure 2-59) from blower assembly (8).
(2) Remove clamp (2) and disconnect hose (3)
(3) Tag and disconnect electrical leads (4 and 5) from junction block (6).
(4) Remove four screws (7) and lift blower assembly (8) straight up and out.
b. Remove ignition pack assembly(15) as follows:
(1) Remove two nuts (9), Iockwashers (10) and capscrews (11) securing junction block (6). The junction block (6)
can now be moved to allow for removal of ignition pack assembly.
(2) Disconnect electrical lead (12) from ignition assembly (13).
(3) Remove two screws (14). Ignition pack assembly (15) and ground wire are now free.
c. Remove burner head assembly as follows:

Disconnect fuel hose (16) from carburetor (17).
Tag and disconnect electrical leads (18, 19 and 20) from junction block (6).
CAUTION
The carburetor is connected to the burner head by tubing. When removing carbure-
tor, take care not to damage tubing.
Remove four screws (21 ) and remove carburetor (17) and disconnect tube (22).
Remove nut (23). Tag and disconnect electrical lead (24) from glow plug (25) and junction box (6).
Remove clamp (26) and remove hose (3).
Remove five screws (27), washers (28) and burner head assembly (29).
Remove gasket (30).
Remove glow plug (25) from burner head assembly (29).
Remove igniter assembly (13) from burner head assembly (29).
d. Remove heat exchanger (37) as follows:
(1) Tag and disconnect electrical leads (31) from sensor (36) and junction block (6).
