2-72. CONTROL BOX ASSEMBLY REPAIR.
Unit level maintenance of the control panel assembly is limited to replacement of panel lamps.
This task consists of:
a. Removal of Lamps
b. Installation of Lamps

Incandescent Lamp (Storage Chest)

Power shut down (Power Source Manual).
NOTE
Control box contains nine panel lamps. Replacement of one panel lamp is shown, the
others are similar.
a.
Removal of Lamps.
(1)
Unscrew and remove lens (4) from lens socket (2).
(2)
Using lamp extractor, remove panel lamp (3) from lamp socket (2) on control box (1).
b.
Installation of Lamps.
(1)
Using lamp extractor, install panel lamp (3) in lamp socket (2).
(2)
Install lens (4) on lamp socket (2).
