cleaning solvent (item 10,

corrosion from outside of
tank using a wire brush
(item 5, app D).

k. Repaint outside of tank or
fuel cap (item 21, app D) as
necessary. Highlight fuel
cap lettering with yellow
paint (item 11, app D) as
necessary.
