After loading the tank with water, stop the pump unit (para 2-12). Disconnect
suction hose (1) from foot valve assembly (3). (Stow the foot valve assembly.)
Connect the free end of the suction hose (1) to the tank drain quick-disconnect
coupling half (7). Open the tank drain valve (8).
