Water Heater Electrical Power Cable. Keep the electrical power cable (4) as clean
as possible at all times. Avoid passing the cable through pools of water. Wipe the
cable assembly and the 90-degree electrical plug connection with a dry rag
(item 22, app D).

3-4. INTRODUCTORY INFORMATION.
a. Table 3-1 lists the common malfunctions which you may find during the operation
or maintenance of the decontaminating apparatus or its components. You should per-
form the tests/inspections and corrective actions in the order listed.
b. This manual cannot list all malfunctions that may occur, nor all tests or inspections
and corrective actions. If a malfunction is not listed or is not corrected by listed corrective
actions, notify unit maintenance personnel.
