FROM OFF POSITION (START BURNER BUTTON IS NOT PRESSED).
Check that the cell is not out of its mounting bracket.
If cell is out of mounting bracket, reinstall (refer to page 4-37).
If cell is not out of mounting bracket, notify direct support main-
tenance.
