GENERAL
Do not attempt to operate the water distributor until becoming familiar with the location and use of all controls and indica-
tors. This work package describes all operator controls and indicators.

CONTROL OR INDICATOR
FUNCTION

Displays engine speed in RPM.

Service Hourmeter
Records total engine operating hours. Used to determine service
intervals.

Engine Coolant Temperature
Indicates temperature of engine coolant. Normal operating range is
165F-210F (74C-99C). If coolant temperature exceeds 210F
(99C), stop engine and troubleshoot.

Speedometer
Displays ground speed in mph (km/h).

Indicates temperature of torque converter oil. Normal operating range
Temperature Gage
is 165F-265F (74C-129C). If oil temperature exceeds 265F
(129C), reduce load on machine. If needle stays in elevated zone on
gage, stop engine and notify Unit Maintenance.
