Check for leaks between the flow indicator and the water source.
Step 2.
Eliminate all leaks.
Step 3. Check for air in the piping.
Bleed water to free air.
Step 4.
Check for clogged flow indicator piping.
Clean or replace the piping.
CHEMICAL FEED EQUIPMENT
CHEMICAL SOLUTION FEEDER WILL NOT OPERATE.

Step 1.
Check for a defective electric cable.
Repair the cable, paragraph 4-20.
Inspect for burned out motor.
Step 2.
Replace the chemical solution feeder motor, paragraph 4-20 (Raider Model
only- refer to paragraph 4-20.1).
Step 3. Check for broken internal shafts or gears.
Replace the chemical solution feeder, paragraph 4-20 (Raider Model only-
refer to paragraph 4-20.1).
7.
CHEMICAL SOLUTION FEEDER PUMPS INSUFFICIENT OR NO SOLUTION.
Step 1. Check to see if the solution supply is exhausted.
Recharge the solution tanks, paragraph 2-8.
Check for loose feed wingnuts.
Step 2.
Reset feed adjustment and tighten the wingnuts, paragraph 4-20.
Step 2.1. (Raider Model only) Check for loose control knob thumbscrews.
Reset control knob adjustments and tighten thumbscrews.
Step 3. Check for clogged supply lines.
Remove and clean the lines.
