Remove gasket (2, fig. 4-44) from base (1).

Unscrew base from electrical control cabinet.

Replace. Replace all unserviceable parts.

Installation and Reassembly.
(1)
Screw base (1, fig. 4-44) on electrical control cabinet.
(2)
Position gasket (2) in base (1).
(3)
Hold receptacle (1, fig. 4-45) and connect proper wires to the terminals and tighten terminal screws (2).
(4)
Position receptacle (3, fig. 4-44) in base (1) and secure with three screws (7) and washers (8).
(5)
Screw lamp (4) in receptacle (3).
(6)
Screw globe (2, fig. 3-16) in base (3).
(7)
Screw guard (1) on base (3) and tighten setscrew (4).

LOW WATER LEVEL WARNING BUZZER.
a.
Removal.
(1)
Open electrical control cabinet door (4, fig. 3-15) to expose warning buzzer (3, fig. 3-17) located in upper
right-hand corner.
(2)
Loosen terminal screws on buzzer (3) and tag and disconnect wires (1) leading to buzzer from transformer
(4).
(3)
Remove two screws (6) and washers (7) securing buzzer (3) to cabinet (2) and remove buzzer.
b.
Replace. Replace the buzzer if it fails to operate.
c.
Installation.
(1)
Position buzzer (3, fig. 3-17) in upper right-hand corner of control cabinet (2), and connect wires (1) to
buzzer terminal screws.
(2)
Secure buzzer (3) to cabinet (2) with two screws (6) and lockwashers (7).
(3)
Close control cabinet door (4, fig. 3-15).

Removal.
(1)
Remove screws (3, fig. 3-18) from receptacle connector cover (1), and remove cover (1) with receptacle
(2) attached.
