Use tool (D) to removethe nut that holds compressor wheel (6).NOTICEThe compressor wheel can often be removed fromthe cartridge assembly without the use of the oilcooker. The oil cooker can be used for easierdisassembly. If removal of the compressor wheel istoo difficult, damage to parts can be the result.The oil used to heat the compressor wheel musthave a flash point (the temperature at which the oilwill burn) above 204°C (4000F).4.Install tool (H) on tool (E). Heat tool (E) to atemperature of 1760C + 140C (3500F + 250F). Install thecartridge assembly on tool (H) so only the compressorwheel is in the oil. Heat the compressor wheel for nomore than ten minutes.58
