Section IV. OPERATION UNDER USUAL CONDITIONS
2-7. General
a.
The instructions in this section are for the
information and guidance of personnel responsible for
operation of the cleaner system.
b.
The operator must know how to perform
every operation of which the steam cleaner is capable.
This section contains instructions on starting and
stopping the steam cleaner, on operation of the steam
cleaner and coordinating the basic motions to perform
the specific tasks for which the equipment is
designed. Since nearly every job presents a different
problem, the operator may have to vary given
procedures to fit the individual job.

Prior to starting the steam cleaner, refer to operation,
paragraph 2-11 to determine the operation mode desired
and prepare accordingly.
