While supporting instrument panel, remove fuel tank mounting straps.

Remove fuel tank.

Remove five fuel sending unit mounting screws. Remove fuel sending unit and gasket.

Remove fuel outlet valve from bottom of tank.

Installation
1
Install-two mounting straps around fuel tank.

Install fuel outlet valve in bottom of fuel tank.

Install fuel tank on fuel tank mount.
4
Slide mounting straps under mount and over control panel mounts.

Install gasket and sending unit. Install five mounting screws.

Install fuel level gage wire on sending unit. Install screw.
7
Install two fuel tank strap mounting screws.
8
Install fuel return line.
9
Install fuel line to fuel tank outlet valve.

Install fuel line to auxiliary valve connection.

Fill fuel tank. (See TM10-4610-229-10.)

Open fuel valve.

Bleed fuel system. (See TM 10-4610-229-10.)
