Remove three mounting nuts and flatwashers.

Remove fuel delivery pump.

Remove and discard gasket.

Clean gasket mounting surface.

Installation

Install gasket on fuel delivery pump.

Install fuel delivery pump. Install three flatwashers and nuts.

Install flatwasher on banjo bolt and put banjo bolt through fitting on outlet fuel line end. Install second
flatwasher on screw.

Install outlet fuel line on pump. Tighten banjo bolt.

Install flatwasher on second banjo bolt. Install banjo bolt through fitting on inlet fuel line end. Install second
flatwasher on screw.

Install inlet fuel line on pump. Tighten banjo bolt.

Bleed fuel system. (See TM 10-4610-229-10.)
