Check cooling fins for obstruction.

Check fanbelt for proper adjustment.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS MALFUNCTION

NO ELECTRICAL POWER TO SUBSYSTEMS WITH IGNITION SWITCH IN ANY POSITION.
Step 1.

Replace defective battery (para 2-16).
