2-13. HIGH PRESSURE HOSE REPLACEMENT
a.
Removal
1
Remove two nuts, bolts, coupling halves, and gasket from end of high pressure hose at
connection C-6. Repeat for other end of hose.

Remove hose.
b.
Installation
1
Check gasket removed from C-6 for damage. If gasket is damaged, replace it.

Apply thin coat of silicone lubricant to gasket lips and outside of gasket.

Place gasket over connection C-6, being sure it doesn't overhang end of connection.

Aline end of high pressure hose with connection C-6. Slide gasket to center position between
connection groove and hose groove. No portion of gasket should overhang grooves.

Place coupling halves over gasket. Make sure housing keys are in grooves on connection C-6
and hose.

Install two bolts. Place nuts on bolts and hand-tighten.
