CYLINDER LINER REPLACEMENT (CONT)

Removal
1
Remove spacer plate and gasket from top of cylinder block.
2
Using liner puller, pull liners from cylinder block.
3
Remove filler bands and O-ring seals from cylinder liners.
WARNING
•
Solvent may cause toxic fumes. To prevent personal injury, work only in well ventilated area.
DO NOT breath fumes for a long time.
•
Solvent is flammable. To prevent fire or explosion, DO NOT bring open flame or sparks near
solvent.

Using solvent, clean the cylinder bores in the cylinder block.
