UTILITY LAMP ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT/REPAIR (CONT)WARNINGTo prevent electric shock, make sure battery is disconnected before performing this procedure.a.Removal1For raw water pump and boost pump assemblies: Remove four nuts, lockwashers, bolts, and flatwashers.Remove instrument panel from mounting bracket.2For high pressure pump assembly: Remove two mounting screws. Remove back of instrument panel.3Desolder lead from rheostat to lamp assembly.4For raw water pump and boost pump assemblies: Remove two nuts, starwashers, and screws. Pull lampassembly from front of panel.5For high pressure pump assembly: Remove two nuts, starwashers, and bolts. Pull lamp assembly from front ofpanel.6For pretreatment assembly: Cut lead wire. Remove two nuts, flatwashers, and bolts. Remove lamp assembly.2-61
