Installation
1
For raw water pump assembly and boost pump assembly: Install lamp assembly. Install two screws,
starwashers, and nuts.

For high pressure pump assembly: Install lamp assembly. Install two bolts, starwashers, and nuts.
3
Solder electrical lead to rheostat.
4
For raw water pump and boost pump assemblies: Aline holes on instrument panel and mounting bracket. Install
four flatwashers, bolts, lockwashers, and nuts.

For high pressure pump assembly: Install back of instrument panel. Install two mounting screws.

For pretreatment skid assembly: Install lamp assembly. Install two bolts, flatwashers and nuts. Install lead. Install
electrical connectors.

Repair
1
Loosen mounting screw. Turn lamp cover left to remove.

Push in and turn bulb left to remove.
3
Push in and turn bulb right to install.
4
Turn light cover right to install.
5
Tighten mounting screw.
